A smart(Stupid) thief

I am not sure whether should i say he is smart or naive...i have one guest from one of the well known listed insurance company check in to my hotel 2 days back...unfortunely one of them become a thief...or i shouldn't say thief cos i think he do not want to take but he saw that the handphone is at the chair near lobby and he think no one saw so he just took it....but then he did not know that CCTV is looking at him and when we found out, we got no other choice to call to his company...poor him....since we brought up to the HR department who made the booking and after the manager have view back the CCTV....according to them, they will take action to him...actually after we saw the phone he took...we feel that is not worth at all for him to take the phone....the phone looks like this:-

Do you think is worth to take this phone and will get sack from the job?? Let me know....

Boring meeting

Am at Prescott Klang to attend a meeting with other sales person from other sister property but then is quite a boring meeting...didn't see it will help to bring the development but more on like war zone...what to do...i have my own opinion and u have ur own then i dont like wat u said and u dont like wat u said....eheh...this is wat i see and experince here...but then what i enjoyed the most is the food....i mean the best thing in prescott klang is the foooooooood....they can serve good and delicious food....too bad i cant eat cos i put on lots of weight.....hehehe..anyway thank god for this 2 days away from office that i wont feel that stresssss....ehehe...anyway looking forward for today dinner at teluk gong...proudly sponsored by our mgt co.....ehehhe..hope i wont put on more weight this time or else i will be like doreamon.....hehee..that's all for now....need to concerntrate on the meeting....

ya...knowing haven't update for sometime...will update now...basically nothing much happen except working, eating, sleeping and shopping....last week friday went to TGIF for ICF gathering dinner...have great time and food and not to forget drinks...ya..as some of you may know i was being forced to drink flaming, around d world and also margarita...no choice but have to drink but quite enjoy the drink there and taste quite better than i drink in langkawi....actually looking forward to go to langkawi again end of this year but dont know will happen or not...anyway facing quite a number of problem here that make me to think a lot and dont know what to do also...anyone can guide me?? will update more later...i will attach some pic of that day dinner...

School uniform sexy, says group

KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian group condemned the uniform worn by girls at government schools, saying it encouraged rape and pre-marital sex.

“The white blouse is too transparent for girls and it becomes a source of attraction,” National Islamic Students Association of Malaysia vice-president Munirah Bahari said in a statement.

“It becomes a distraction to men, who are drawn to it, whether or not they like looking at it,” she said, calling for a review of uniform policy so that it did not violate Islamic ideals.

In multicultural Malaysia, home to majority-Muslim Malays as well as ethnic Chinese and Indians, female students at government schools have a choice of wearing a white blouse with a knee-length skirt or pinafore.

They may also wear a “baju kurung” and a headscarf is optional for Malay students.

Munirah said that “covering up” according to Islamic precepts was important to fend off social ills, including “rape, sexual harassment and even premarital sex.”

“This leads to babies born out of wedlock and, to an extent, even prostitution,” she said.

“Decent clothes which are not revealing can prevent and protect women from any untoward situations,” she said, suggesting that girls wear a blouse of a different colour or with an undergarment.

However, the girls themselves also came in for criticism, with the association saying that some used the white blouse to lure men.

“This is the source of the problem, where we can see that schoolgirls themselves are capable of using this to attract men to them,” Munirah said.

“This could see them getting molested, having premarital sex and all sorts of things.” – AFP

Long weekend

It was a long long weekend for me as i was MC on Saturday then on Sunday and Monday was also a holiday.....tooo boring until i dun know wat to do....thank god today i was out for a while...i went to WCIT with Pei Yin for a while but couldn't go in due to i do not have any tag....haih...but according to Kevin is that i can get a visitor pass in the counter...i might try it agian tomorrow...for me to know more and for my knowledge purpose....ehehhe...in short call "8"....ehhehe...then after that went to office a while...to look at my function...after that went to Pyramid with my family...nothing much to do there as is still a shopping place...but then is a good time to bond with my family....having fun...and tomorrow is goanna to be another day...hopefully this week wont be that busy...btw this weekend i will be away to Cameron with my family...hopefully we will have a good time there....woohooo...looking forward to the holiday.....

I was attending trainning this few days at the Coronade Hotel...is about successful professional selling and negotation skills....the training is quite good and have learn lots of things like u have to know your customer needs, you need to be a good listener, lingustic skills and so on.....the speaker is Mr. William and i can consider him as an entertainer and also a very good speaker...he know how to make the training interative and interesting....although the training only got 8 persons but then we know each other and also helping each other to became better....thank god that at least i went to a training that i know i can apply what he had deliver to us....hope that tomolo session will be also like today whereby it is interesting and also interactive...ehehe

Relaxing and coozy.....

Went to cameron on Sunday and is like a last minute trip to there...was fun and coozy and also so relaxing...we are like taking our own sweet time to do things, going here and there and the most enjoying part is that i can enjoy my breakfast for about 2 hours where everyone in KL is rushing to work and also stuck in traffic jam. How i wish i could be like that most of my time, no traffic jam and can enjoyed the breeze of the morning and can take time to go to office....i wonder when can i do it again....not doubt i spent quite a lot but then is worth.....i think i must go for more holidays now days...too stress in work...eheh...

I know lots of ppl actually asking whether am i going to resign or not....i know most of you going to be dissapointed again cos i was being persuaded to continue to serve in this company...reason..simple..pay increase, benefit better and also i know where and wat i going to be ended up at the end of the day...now i will be in charge of sales department...thats means tat i need to bring in sales and to achieve target...though not easy but then GOD has been helping me a lot in this area...as i am still new and fresh as i never do any sales calls or even cold call or even bonding with guest for the whole day and talking nonsense....but thank GOD that my hotel manager willing to teach and guide me through...and also she willing to follow me to different places and do sales call....i mean she really kept her promise as i told her that i dont know and fresh but then she said i will guide u and help u as long as u r willing to learn...one thing is that when i continue working here...i can feel that some of my colleague was not happy but then who cares...if they dont like then better they leave...eheh...just being bad...by the way...my and 3 colleague were doing ICC project...and we manage to beat the other 46 teams and going to the finals where only 6 teams will be presenting their project ....actually in my hotel...we have 2 groups have been manage to get in...and i got the result yesterday...the maintenance team from my hotel is the first runner up and we din manage to get into top 3 but then we said that next year we will be on the top three and my maintenance team will be going to one of the places in Asean country...congratulations to them...okla...thats all for my update as i think coffee bean goanna to close soon...

Ya i know is been a while that i didn't update it already...i promise to update as many times as possible in the future...nothing much happen...still busy at work whereby now i have to go out to look for more client to have function and staying in our hotel...oh ya i went to langkawi last year after christmas with john, kevin, pei yin and nesan....is fun and adventures...is kind of good relax holiday i would said...now cant wait for chinese new year....ya holiday and need not to see any of my client....so happy...this few days was quite down as thinking of the budget that nearly can achieve but due to some last minute annoucement by our dear gov...damn it...the function has to be postponed to a date whereby my function room is full....so have to cancelled the function...there goes my revenue...then my the client called up later in the evening saying that their function has to be shorten to one day due to they going to have the function on march onyl....damn...another bad news....how am i going to survive???actually has been thinking of whether am i suitable to be a sales person or not??? anyone can answer this question??? perhaps ....anyway will strive to the best and see what happen next...

I think is been such a long long time i didn't blog already, i think is time for me to blog...and actually there is lots of thing happen during this time, from backstabbing, to deciding on continuing my study....ya lots of decision making happen this time round and it really let me grow a lot...btw miri trip was an excellent trip as three of us have a great time fellowshipping and knowing each other better...thanks to the staff there too cos for arranging such a nice room for us....will post some pic soon...and the beach and the people there are so nice and warm....thinking of going over there but then don't know it is a wise thing to do or not??? ehehhe...will blog more soon...ehehhe

I know that is been sometime i din update my blog...reason is because busy at work and not sure what to write......ehhehe..... lets talk about work.... work is still ok, i mean as usual not changed although they said they wanna to change me permanently to Front Office but then it still kind of unknown yet cos if they din find anyone to replace my current place then my Sales Exe will have big headache, as she need to do all the documetation and setting up function room and etc where all the while i am doing it......i think now u guys know why am i said i always busy....i mean i will need to do everything under the sun that include front office, sales and sometimes housekeeping or maintenance...thank god i need not to go to F&B department, or else i will be dead......but one good thing is that i learn new thing.....thats the thing i like the most and dont mind....oh ya i got increment this year although is not lots but satisfied cos i never expect the percentage will be so high but then it still under current market value......haih...dont know when then they will pay more......

lets talked about chinese new year....for some of u may know that this year chinese new year was kind of not good for me...why....cos first my grandpa was past away last year and he is kind of closed to me, he died becaouse of those stupid smokers who smoke like no body business and also smoke in the air-cond or non smoking areas although there is signage.....sometime i wonder why what are the benefit of smoking.....one time i nearly scold one of the guest in my hotel which i want to said to him, if u want to die faster, please go far far away and dont smoke here....i dont want to die so early......haih...but then cant who called the stupid fella was a guest in my hotel.....why the smokers like to smoke???? the other thing is that my dad was admitted to hospital on the 3rd day of chinese new year.....reason....leg swallon and pain and red and cant walk....i wont want to write it here cos it kind of personal but then i will be personally share it out when i meet some of u......btw thanks for the prayers and advice and help like Uncle Swee Ming and Aunty Kok Moi, Uncle Henry Chong, Ben, John, pei yin, Jacq....appreciatte it alot....thats why i have been missing for a while since chinese new year..sorry for that...once i have settled everything, will call u guys......and the other thing i will postponed my study for another semester due to the time that i will need to take care of my dad.......may i ask some of u to pray for us...because it will not be easy for us in terms of time, money and etc....i think the most important is the strength to take care him....okla...tats all for the update first..will update agian soon....

Is been sometime that i din write anything in my blog....indeed last year (i mean last month-December)lots of things happen as in good and bad but then thank god that i still survive and able to worship HIM. I was on holiday for about a week last month where i went to Cameron with john, clayton, kevin, pei yin, loo yee and eva....and is an enjoyable and stress free trip although i need to drive and cant be deny it really tested my driving skills.......ehehhe....and we didnt do much thing up there....only thing i remember we are doing is eat, sleep, release and sight seeing and having fun......and thanks for this trip cos it really make me feel so relax...but then on the 29 Dec, is my company annual dinner and the theme is Jungle Night.....haih...dont know why they cant think of any better theme and FYI i m the MC for that annual dinner, haiah....dont know why...and the atmosphere for the annual dinner was boring and not excited enough...somemore when come to lucky draw, my colleague like not bothered like that, haih.....anyway after the annual dinner went to PJ fried chicken and meet up with Eric, Clayton, Ben, adrian and john...and we yam cha until like 2 something then only went back to home....next day i went lunch with my God sister in 1 utama, went to Jack's place and for both of us this restaurant was not bad and their cheese cake was so cheesy and is like the same as Amy's cheese cake....ehehhe.....then we went window shopping and before going back to home both of us bought Baskin ice cream....since they have 31% discount so no harm buying itlo...ehehee.....

by the way i have a prayer request here...for some of you knowing that i will be pursuing MBA in 2007, so i need wisdom from GOD in choosing which college and the most important is the financial part......i have officially informed my family on my decision and they are kind of supporting but then i dont think i dont want to use their money to study thats the reason why i still doubting should i be studying or not.....there are 3 college that i have been looking and going to get more information, there are KMDC (Under KDU college), Help University College, and WIM (will be going to their preview, will post more info when i go to their preview).....and for my company side, i will only officially inform them when everything is in order as in i have already enrol...this is to avoid any unnecessary thing to be happen....i think thats all for my posting today....will post more later ....

Working on Sunday was like a norm thing for me....although i really dont like it but what to do....i think since i change to sales i m like more busier than last time and mostly weekend also need to work......why??? and one thing i have learn is that working on Sunday is like working at night shift cos u can do lots of things, and no one will sound you for not doing anything.....anyway thank god i have time tgo be with him when i am working on sunday....working in this company is like i m living in wilderness and kind of suffering.....but then wat to do, still need to work till 2 years....thats like so long..............btw my friend from Sarawak goanna to come but then this time will bring someone else with her where she will come for shopping..for me i would only able to bless her and the someone else........okla...thats my update need to go for my lunch+shopping...but then dont know where to eat also..... where can i get porridge in this area???any suggestion??? eheehe....

Just want to inform that i am at Everly Resort Hotel Malacca (formerly known as Riviera Bay Resort) for assignment....and for your information is a boring assignment cos what i did here is enjoying my life and be like a holiday mood...cos i got not much things to do here.....can u believe that i am doing nothing here and just enjoying my life....feeel soo bad about it.....ehehe...by the way cant wait to go back to KL and FYI i am goanna to celebrate my birthday alone here in Melaka for the 1st time....i m like what!!! cos normally will celebrate with friends or even family...but this time....alone......what can i do tonight????? anything to suggest???

Scary night

Suppose to went up genting with Kevin, ben and john but then due to some circumstances me and john din go out and onyl ben, kevin and his chruchmate able to make it. But thank god i din go up cos i heard from ben is too misty and they actually cant really drive also.....so later we all meet up in one of the mamak near Blue Junction, and chit chat there for aorund 2 hours plus.....have fun talking and fellowshipping with them.......havent go to the sary part yet, when we all go back that time, there is one motorcycle came up from the junction without stopping and for instance i also emergency brake so as usual he fall down.....thank god is that no car behind me and my brake is working perfectly and able to brake on time or else cant imagine what goanna to happen to the uncle.....then we all went down to see him and after he seem ok then we all go back home..... been talking in the car like all the posibilities on what goanna to happen is i din brake and others....dont know what is he thinking also.....maybe he just want to rush back home....not really sure also....thank god he is ok.......i told ben and john that if he want to commit suicide also dont choose my car....pls go other place.....is not that i m bad but then is just dont understand why he still need to speed when in the junction that time.....so my advice to you guys is next time look carefully for motorcycle and be cautious when they are around cos they think they are the KING of the road so they can do anything that wont consider what will happen also.....

is been a long long time i din update my blog, is not to say that i m too busy or what....Just nothing to update....ehhehe...in short means LAZY......actually has been trying to update a few times but everytime also not successful.....some update on my work....

FYI, i had been "transfered" from housekeeping to sales.....and the reason why m i in sales is because there are no one there...... i mean they havent able to find anyone yet so temporly i have to go there to help out......In short i m like a ball where any department that is short of people then they will put me there.....job scope is being an office boy and also storekeeper where u need to photostat whatever thing they ask u and to be the postman for the hotel tool..... for the storekeeper means u need to clean up all the rubbish and rearrange the store room....can u imagine me actually is doing that...will post some picture later.....thats reason make my skin worsen and i think is because of the dust where the dust is aorund 2 inch thick..... haih....but then i enjoy the time of being alone with GOD when cleaning up the store room...now days dont like to talk so much with some ppl after some incident.....will let u ppl know personally....am i enjoying my work...i would say just ok.....detail pls look for me, thanks.......

personal life has been good and enjoying.....waiting for my friend to come to KL but then dont know whether is confirmed or not........cos she still havent decided yet.....and is been a time i din call her...think will call her today and find out from her......ehehe.....actually i still feel that people who i can trust the most apart from GOD, they are the CF'ers like Amy,John, Ben, Pei Yin, Jo-An, Michael and not forget also is my DG and church and also my god sis and it seems that i only can talk and share with christian only....why this thing happen??? i m trying to be friend with lots of non christian ppl but then it just have a thing that blocking me from being so close to them....dont know it is good or bad???? Have been praying and talking with GOD more and it seem that i have been make him dissapointed lots of time but then he still caring and loving me cos there is one incident where i really feel that GOD is with me.....i know that i m not been a good boy all this while but then just trying my best to be.....haih.....when can i take the cross and follow him???? praying still..........

Just some update...as most of u know that i am suppose to be John's colleague by now, but then i didn't become his colleauge....reason (Already explain, for whoever still dont know yet, please do come and ask)...ehehe....and i m still in my old company where i am planning to stay for another 1 years plus only.......not more than that....cos this 2 weeks, doesnt mean i regret my decision but just that after i done with all what i want to do then it will be the time where i am leaving......ehhee....anyway i saw an email and it talking about our company trip where i dont really fancy it....cos the place they proposing is Bukit Tinggi, Genting, Cameron, Pulau Besar or Putrajaya....my goodness, i m like haih.....somemore 3 days 2 nights.......i m thinking like please do propose somewhere better.....but then my other colleague like so happy and excited about it....different people have different needs...this is what i can think off.....anyway i dont think i will be going and tyring to be an anti-social people again here....ehehe.....i think u guys know what i mean here....ehehhe...oh ya i went to Malacca last week and stay at Rivera Bay Resort aka Everly Resort Malacca....where i m suppose to go there and do some briefing and trust me is not fun at all....is stressful and lots of thinking.....and the most important is that hard to find food especially at night.... :) ....anyway i might be going there again next week....still cant confirm yet...will only able to know tomolo.....okla.....that's all for my update and will update more often....

The company had all the right systems in place employee-friendly human resources (HR) policies, a spanking new office,and the very best technology,even a canteen that served superb food. Twice Arun was sent abroad for training."

My learning curve is the sharpest it's ever been," he said soon after he joined.Last week, less than eight months after he joined, Arun walked out of the job. Why did this talented employee leave ? Arun quit for the same reason that drives many good people away. The answer lies in one of the largest studies undertaken by the Gallup organization. Night Shift

I have been on night shift since last week and somemore my manager asked me yesterday whether i want to be permanent night shift or not....but then my response to her is that i dont think so cos when i m in permanent night shift then i would be totaly cut off from the yam cha session cos most of them only can yam cha at night and also my health will be worse than now.....oh ya i told my mom about it then my mom is like u better dont think about permanent night shift....ehehe...then i said dont worry i dont think i would accept that offer but then if i do want to accept that offer then they need to pay me higher cos by paying the current salary, is really a torture for me.....this is what i thinked......

By the way i might be changing my job soon.....still waiting for the confirmation......the new job would be more changelling and stressful as what i understand....actually i m kind of undecided on whether want to change or not...cos according to the management promises is very good and like have the future but then there are too many empty promises that they have gave to me.....haih...undecided...but then one thing is very clear is that GOD want me to change job.....the reason i said that is because i pray to god that if i get this offer then is your will for me to leave this job as what i know to get this new job is not that easy and somehow GOD grace is with me or else i dont think i would be able to ge this new job i think.......but then there are no confirmation yet so what i can do now is pray and pray......

GOD i ask for Your favor on me....Please do give me a clear direction on where and what should i be going and doing next...

Dinner with long lost friend

Tonite went dinner with a few friends who i din see for sometime and for the first time we are so relax and talking nonsense all the way from where we met until dinner until we say bye bye....i would say Thank God for this few friends where they are the one who really the one who are there and lead me to know GOD when i m in college (Guys, u know who am i mentioning)....really appreciated them as they are the one who will be sharing your sadness, happiness, dissapointment and etc..... i would consider that if without them i might not even know who is Jesus....THANK YOU GOD......and this 2 weeks have been the most hardest week for me.....as the Ups and Downs were so fast that i also couldnt accept it....i dont think i would mention here as it really do affect me until now......i might update it later in the future but then the lesson that i learned is that appreciate what u have now and have more intimate relationship with GOD.....now for me the thing i want to do now is to follow and obey what HE ask me to do and go....as i have been not a quite obedient child...eheheh........

Today before i went for the reunion dinner, i actually quite angry and dissapointed.....as today i working from morning until evening non-stop serving the hotel guest and sadly there are no one who came to help me and until i dont have time to take break....haih.....it seem that this company torture me but then as i ponder back..... actually i enjoying it ...strangely...i start to ask myself why i enjoy working like this.....haih....dont understand....the reason why i am so angry and dissapointed is that my executive, she know that today one of the staff that suppose to come at 1 have meeting at Klang but then she never informed me at all yesterday and even ridiculous is that the one who told me about they having meeting is someone from other department......i m quite curious why cant u just tell me yesterday so at least i can do something or even prepared myself but then she din.....actually i m trying not to be angry and trying my best to understand but then i just cant.....i keep asking why only u tell me that u all going meeting when u all is on the way going only....is it so that difficult to say it....then just sent email....since u all said that used email to communicate to each other.....i dont know where is the problem come from........or maybe she expect me to know everything.....haih...dont knowla....sometime this company was ok but sometimes was not.....sometimes they treat u ok, sometimes very good, sometime bad and sometimes worse........is it all the company also like this???? any answer???? honestly if all this thing never happen, i think the chances of me staying at this company are much more higher but then now .............i think one more day i stay there, i will be more suffering.........GOD when can i come out from this suffering???i dont think i can stand it anymore........this two weeks actually i have seen more things that were not so good in this company where i dont think i want to share here.......some of my colleague was ok but not all i would said like this......but i know this is common thing in working world.......i would said that although in this company i have learned a lot, there are still lots of things that need to be improved.....didnt mean to critize but then this is all my view.......

oklah....will upadte more later....need to rest as tomorrow working in the morning again....

So long never update my blog....until i also dont know what to write also...have been quite busy this few weeks with works and yam cha with the old people like me....hehehe...but then also have some young people also....today received call from Mic where i never thought of...but then promise to find him to go yam cha one day if i have the time... i think when i resign only i would only got time.... this job was killing my time off and i dont know is it i tend to delay the work or there are too much of work???sometimes i also confused but then thank god He gave me a clear direction and i wont mention here as this is to safeguard myself...anyone want to know then just personally asked me....but i think some of you might understand what i mean by the direction...if u know pls do continue to pray for me...i really need His strength to go on....btw going for trip this weeks for few days....hope i can enjoy and dont think of works ...this is the best thing.....

Oh ya few days back went to watch "The Omen", is quite interesting but then a bit of boring starting that part...maybe din get the story line....and suprisingly not lots of people watching that show...and one funny thing is that the guy sat next to me, he was asleep when he watching that show somemore snoaring....i m like what!!!! haih,...i think nowdays the youngster they got lots of $$$ so they would rather wacthing movie and sleeping.....dont know and dont understand the younger generation now.... will update more soon as is getting late and tomorrow need to go work.... eheh...
